BUS 6600 SUSTAINABLE VALUE CREATION
This course incorporates insights from management theory and practice in order to understand the macro context of CSR/Sustainability and the implications for organizations. The key objectives are twofold: i) to understand the main issues facing organizations in a global economy and; ii) to unearth the underlying assumptions of different perspectives as to how managers can maximize value creation for a wide range of stakeholders. Through an interactive and critical approach to learning, this course will explore the implications for organizations and leaders in an increasingly complex corporate environment where stakeholder expectations require the simultaneous creation of value on multiple fronts.
